#1. THE 5 PILLARS FRAMEWORK

Element 1: Emotional Balance

In the first module, you're going to address your mood swings and achieve emotional control and balance. 

Element 2: Life Structures

In the second module, you will re-establish the structures that keep your life under control. Structures like when your sleeping patterns, eating, exercise, etc. 

Element 3: Reconnecting With Your True Identity

In the busy life you had, taking care of your house and family, you probably forgot about yourself. This is why in this module, you will reconnect with true self, your long-lost identity and remember who you really are. 

Element 4: Establishing Boundaries and Healthy Relationships

Being able to say "No", is the foundation to successful, healthy relationships. In the pursuit of trying to make everyone happy, you didn't learn the importance of establishing strong boundaries. In this module, you will learn how to say No without risking the relationships in your life, but build them on mutual respect. 

Element 5: Embracing the Gift of Midlife

In this final module, you will finally embrace the gift of midlife. Midlife is often your second chance at life, where you get the opportunity to do the things you always wanted to do. 

#2. WEEKLY 1-ON-1 COACHING SESSIONS WITH GEETA

Every week we meet on a 60-min call where you get the weekly lesson, followed by a coaching process that gets you to implement the element.

How long does the coaching program last?

The program is designed for 6 months, where you learn, join the calls and implement the midlife elements

Is it really worth the investment?

Ultimately, that is a question you will have to answer. Perhaps a better question is, what is the cost you of staying the same? If you continue the path you are on right now, where will your life end up in a year, three years, five or ten? Now think about if the investment in yourself is worth it. 

How fast before I see results?

Results progression is different for every person, as every element addresses a specific area of your life. One element could be more important to you and therefore have greater effect on you. With that being said, you can usually see progress within the first few sessions. 

How many calls per week do we have?

Depending on which program you take, you either meet once or twice per week. The duration of the calls is 60 minutes. 

What if I want to stop?

Before you choose to get started, you should really consider why do you want to embark on this journey. If it isn't something you are able to commit to, then you should either get more reasons, or wait for better time. 

How much support do I get?

The whole idea behind the Gift of Menopause coaching is that you get all of the support you need to truly embrace your gift of midlife. In terms of support I am here for you every step of the way - where you have my personal WhatsApp number to text or send a voice note. You can also send an email, attend the weekly calls with the  group, and take advantage of the community. You are fully covered. 

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, and a pretty remarkable one. If you can show that you did the work and implemented the material, and still haven't seen a significant improvement in your life, I will refund you and work with you for free until you get results.
